Jasper & Oscar

Jasper & Oscar - two kittens (one grown up) adopted from Chestnut Cat SanctuaryColin and Katrina wrote to us to tell us about Jasper and Oscar...

Hi,

Just a little email to let you know how we're getting on with our 2 kittens....

We bought our first kitten from you last year (2007) - we named him Jasper! As soon as Katrina picked him up out of the cage he flopped in her arms so thats how we knew he was the one we were going take home....

For the past year - he's climbed and jumped onto, crawled under, bopped and slept on everything and anything.

Jasper & Oscar - two kittens (one grown up) adopted from Chestnut Cat SanctuarySince he was allowed out side to play he's never looked back - bringing home all sorts from, mice, pigeons and even a duck! (but the duck was already deceased - we've since been told this by a neighbour).

Jasper had also found himself a buddy....a kitten about the same age lived next door and ever since they met they've not been seen apart playing outside... Jasper even coaxed his friend into our place where they both made themselves at home!

Sadly Jasper's little friend died, we're not too sure how but after a few weeks we thought it would be a good idea to pay another visit to you guys....

Once again we left holding another kitten....naming this one was harder but we've finally decided on Oscar!

At first he was very timid and shy (not like Jasper was) - its taken a few weeks but he's now running around the place like he owns it.
The first time they met there were a few hisses from Jasper - but now their getting on really well.

When Jasper decides to grace us with his presence (meaning his either hungry or tired) you can guarentee to find little Oscar following him around!

So this was just a quick email to let you know their getting on really well together!  I've attached a photo that I thought you might like to put up somewhere!

Also would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff - on both occasions you've all been really helpful!

Keep up the great work!

Thanks both for your lovely note!
